This course, designed, developed by Abigail Poulton, seeks to inspire and educate you when it comes to starting out in the world of Meditation and creating a sustainable practice. There’s plenty of guided meditations out there in the world, yet it often takes a great deal of time and energy to simply find the style that suits you and your needs.
To streamline this process for you, this 10-part series will get to the heart of what meditation is and how you can approach it: empowering you to create and sustain your own practice.
During your work with Abigail, you will be provided with a wide selection of meditation styles and tools to delve into.
Most practical sections will have guided meditations to experience yourself.
By the end of the course, Abigail hopes that you have the tools and know-how to find your own rhythm when it comes to starting out as a mediation practitioner.
This practice transformed the way in which she lives, breathes and shows up in the world and she’d love to share some of these life-changing tools with you.
